% 12.01.2018 Respondent no.2-Ms. Akriti Dhalia is present in Court and has been identified by SI Badami Lal of police station Maurya Enclave. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Agreement/Compromise Deed dated 10th May, 2016. It is submitted that first motion has been accepted by the Family Court. Respondent no.2 submits that she has already received `7.50 lacs from the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to pay balance settled amount of `1.50 lacs to the respondent no.2 at the time of second motion. Respondent no.2 submits that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed, subject to petitioner
cooperating with her and paying balance settled amount of `1.50 lacs at the time of second motion.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, FIR No. 564/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, subject to petitioner cooperating with the respondent and paying balance settled amount of `1.50 lacs to her at the time of second motion. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
