Mohd. Nayeemuddin, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the aforesaid statement of Mr. Mittal shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioners, in so far as this writ petition is concerned and he wishes to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition and CM 29797/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn.
