% 17.12.2018 As per the status report filed by the DCP, Legal Cell, PHQ, the three FIRs registered at PS Hauz Khas and PS Kirti Nagar out of which one FIR No. 80/2017 under Sections 389/34 IPC was registered at PS Hauz Khas and two FIR Nos. 317/2018 under Sections 420/451/494/34 IPC and 372/2018 under Sections 498A/506/34 were registered at PS Kirti Nagar have all been transferred to Crime Branch.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are further complaints which have not been transferred.

A perusal of the earlier status report dated 12th November, 2018 of the DCP West notes that besides FIR No. 372/2018 under Sections 498A/506/34 IPC registered at PS Kirti Nagar there are two other W.P.(CRL) 3060/2018

complaints under Section 156 (3) Cr. P.C. pending before learned CMM, West.

In view of the fact that the three FIRs, wherein Vyoma Aggarwal is an accused or complainant have been transferred to one investigating agency, at this stage this Court finds no ground to pass any further order with regard to transfer of complaints pending under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Petition is dismissed.
