O R D E R

% 08.10.2018 The petitioner seeks parole for taking care of her aged mother, to take care of her minor daughters and to get herself operated for a stone in her Gall Bladder. A Status Report has been handed over to the Court and it is taken on record. Her address has been verified. The police have also verified that her mother has been diagnosed with cataract in both eyes. She is the only person who would be able to take care of her ailing mother and two minor daughters and would like to spend time with her family. The petitioner has been incarcerated for 6 years 5 months and 22 days and earned remission of 1 year 5 months and 25 days as of 18.09.2018. She has earlier been granted parole four times and furlough thrice. She has not misused the liberty so granted. The petitioner's visitation facility with her family members was stopped for a month from 11.06.2018. The said period is long over.

The Court would note that the reasons mentioned in the petition are exigent enough for grant of parole, insofar as her mother's condition is shown to be serious because of the ailment in both her eyes. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for four weeks from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned subject to the following conditions:- (1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, concerned Police Station M.S. Park, Delhi, once a week, on every Tuesday during the period of parole.

(2) She shall furnish her telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times (3) She shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the Writ Petition is disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. Additionally, a copy be also supplied to the Jail Superintendent concerned through the police. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
