% 15.10.2018 This application seeks modification of the order, dated 5th October, 2018, passed by me, disposing of the W.P.(C) 10644/2018. Mr. Sukhija contends that the decision, on the request of the petitioner for re-employment, is required to be taken by the respondent no.1, i.e. Director of Education, and not by respondent no.2-School, as is noted in the said order.

Accordingly, the order, dated 5th October, 2018, would stand modified to the extent that the decision, on the request of the petitioner, for re-employment, would be taken by the respondent no.1 i.e. Director of Education, and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

It is clarified that the said period of two weeks would stand reckoned from today and not from 5th October, 2018.

This order shall be read as a corrigendum to the order dated 5th October, 2018 (supra).
