Bail Appn.No.2348/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.76/2018 under Sections 306/304B/34 IPC registered at PS Bawana. From the cause list, it is evident that the petitioner had earlier filed Bail Application being Bail Application No.1222/2018. This Court has thus called the file of Bail Application No.1222/2018 wherein the present petitioner had earlier applied for anticipatory bail in the same FIR which petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 24th May, 2018. The factum of earlier bail petition being withdrawn has been concealed in the present petition.

Petition is thus dismissed.
