% 31.10.2018 The grievance is that the goods imported by the bill of entry dated 20.02.2018 were seized on 26.04.2018 and till date have not been released. Learned counsel for the Revenue who appears on after notice submits that in case the petitioner seeks release of the goods the concerned official/Commissioner would pass an order, within reasonable time. In view of the statement, if the petitioner applies for release of the goods the Commissioner shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within two weeks of the filing of such an appeal. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
