O R D E R

% 24.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes, therefore, FIR No. 683/15 under Sections 354/354(A)/354- (D)/323 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act registered at police station Bawana on the complaint of respondent no. 2 may be quashed. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are neighbours. Respondent no. 4 is wife of respondent no. 3; whereas respondent no.2 is their minor daughter, who is 17 years old. At the time of incident respondent no.2 was aged about 15 years. She is being represented through her father, that is, respondent no.3.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and has been identified by W/SI Manju Tyagi of police station Bawana. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit

that they have settled the matter with the petitioner vide Compromise Deed dated 25th July, 2017, Annexure-C. They further submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They have no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, more particularly that neighbours have now settled their disputes and the fact that respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 683/15 under Sections 354/354(A)/354-(D)/323 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act registered at police station Bawana and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
