I am told that though the arbitration proceedings have otherwise been concluded but the award has not been delivered by the learned Arbitrator. 3.
Counsel for the parties inform me that the learned Arbitrator reserved the award on 25.08.2017.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Arbitrator by way of petition under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within one week from today.

Counsel for the respondent says that the respondent will maintain status quo with regard to the furnitures and fixtures for a period of one week from today.
