% 13.11.2018 At the outset, Mr.Amit Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the present petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has a statutory remedy to file an appeal under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. In view of the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal.
The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
