% 11.07.2016 The present petition was filed by the petitioner impugning the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vitrak L.P.G. Scheme (RGGLV Scheme) and also the action taken by respondent No. 2 under the said scheme. The petitioner submits that the scheme has already been withdrawn. This is confirmed by the learned counsel for respondent No. 1. With regard to the action taken by respondent No. 2, it is contended that the action has been taken in Ghaziabad beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, seeks

leave to withdraw the present writ petition and to approach the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
