% 23.10.2018 At the outset, Ms.Arya, learned APP who appears on advance notice submits that the present petition ought not to be entertained as the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the Court by way of a Revision Petition u/s 397 of the CrPC.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the objection raised by the learned APP, he may be granted leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a Revision Petition.
