% 08.02.2016 CRL.A. 828/2015 has been filed by the father of the victim who was also the complainant, while CRL.L.P. 728/2015 has been filed by the State. With the consent of parties, we will pass following agreed order : (i) Leave is granted to the State. Let the appeal be registered. (ii) Counsel for complainant will be at liberty to urge all grounds as raised in CRL.A.

828/2015 and also address

arguments in court on behalf of the complainant. (iii) CRL.A. 828/2015 shall not be pressed in view of the Para (i) & (ii) above.

The LCR which was called in CRL.A. 828/2015 shall be kept along with CRL.L.P. 728/2015 (now converted into appeal). Paper book be prepared.

List before Registrar Appellate on 23rd February, 2016 to enable the respondents to file bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one surety of the like amount.

Leave is granted to the parties to seek early hearing once the paper book is prepared and arguments are ready.
