These appeals are prayed to be disposed of in terms of the judgment delivered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RFA No.171/2017 on 22.3.2018.

Appeals are accordingly disposed of in terms of the directions issued in the judgment dated 22.3.2018 in RFA No.171/2017. 3.
