% 17.10.2018 Najreen @ Nazia Khan is present in Court, as directed. The petitioner, his wife Kosar Khan, respondent no.3-Zahir Khan - the father of the aforesaid two girls, Arshad Khan - brother in law (jija) of the said two girls are also present. We have interacted with Najreen @ Nazia Khan in Court. She states that she wishes to reside with her sister Kosar Khan and does not wish to reside with her parents.

Since she is a major, she is free to do so and no one including respondent no.3, Arshad Khan or other family members of respondent no.3 are entitled to cause any obstruction in the decision of either Kosar Khan or Najreen @ Nazia Khan.

We have counselled both respondent no.3 and Arshad Khan in this regard, and they have given an assurance to the court that they shall not interfere with the lives of the said girls. We have once again warned them against taking the law into their own hands or issuing any threats, coercion or causing any harm to the said girls, the petitioner or any of their family members.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The directions issued to SHO PS Narela on the last date shall continue to be complied with in respect of Najreen @ Nazia Khan.

Najreen @ Nazia Khan is free to go with the petitioner and Kosar Khan from the Court itself. Insp. Ram Manohar, who is present in court, is directed to ensure the safe passage of the petitioner and the two girls. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
