After arguments this appeal is disposed of as not pressed as the appellants will always have the benefit of doctrine of lis pendens contained in Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, and which has the effect that if there is any pendente lite transfer of the suit property or creation of third party interest in the suit property, then in case the appellants/plaintiffs succeed the same the same will be void against them.
