% 12.10.2018 In compliance of the previous order, a Demand Draft of Rs.1.5 lacs bearing No.111236, dated 12.10.2018, drawn on Andhra Bank, Sector - 46, Gurgaon, Haryana, has been handed over to respondent No. 2 through her counsel. The petitioner No.1 states that it is good for encashment. Since the Demand Draft of Rs.8.5 lacs issued on 06.06.2018, furnished yesterday to respondent No.2 - complainant, was invalid, the petitioners shall furnish a fresh Demand Draft of the same amount to her through her counsel by 15.10.2018. In case of any default, it will be open to respondent No. 2 to seek revival of the petition.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
