It is a conceded fact that the deceased employee, who was husband of the petitioner No. 1 and father of the petitioner No. 2, was a government employee. If that be so, the jurisdiction to decide the issue, shall be with the
Central Administrative Tribunal.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition.
Granting the liberty to the petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CM. Nos. 31315/2017 (stay) and 31317/2017 (for maintainability) Dismissed as infructuous.
