1. A limited prayer in this present petition is that a direction should be issued to the LAC to forward the reference petition of the Petitioners to the Court of the learned ADJ. Learned counsel for the Respondent does not dispute that the LAC has not yet forwarded the reference petitions as requested.

2. It is accordingly directed that not later than four weeks from today, the LAC concerned will forward to the Court of the learned ADJ the reference petitions filed by the Petitioner under 18 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894.

3. The petition is disposed of.
