% 21.08.2017 Petitioner alleges that the order dated 07.03.2017 is not being given effect to in its letter and spirit by ensuring round the clock vigil by way of deployment of two constables at the entry point (Rajeswhar Arya Marg) and exit point (Hargyan Singh Marg). During the course of hearing, both the ld. counsel for the parties, on instructions, agree

to find a workable solution to ensure that round the clock vigil is kept in terms of the order dated 07.03.2017 and for the purpose, the representatives of the petitioner association and the ACP, Defence Colony shall, sit together and find out a workable solution. For the purpose, it is mutually agreed that a meeting shall be held in the office of the concerned ACP, Defence Colony within two days from today. Should there be a need to have assistance from the petitioner association, the petitioner shall come forward. In view of what has transpired during the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition further. Liberty is however, reserved to file afresh, in the event, the cause survives or any further arises. Petition is disposed off in the above-said terms.
