% 08.10.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force, constituted vide Office Memorandum dated 25.04.2018 by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, requising the latter to take action against the alleged unauthorized construction going on in the subject property bearing Khasra Nos.881/2, 882 and 884/1, situated in Revenue Estate of Village Satbari, New Delhi. Leave and liberty granted.
