Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to implement the recommendations of the Sixty Pay Commission w.e.f. 18th September, 2006 and release the arrears of the Sixth Pay Commission accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no relief is sought against the respondent No. 3 and he prays for deletion of respondent No. 3 from the array of the parties. 3.
It is ordered accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to the matters which came before this
court being W.P.(C) 8166/2015 entitled Promila v. Guru Nanak College of Education and Anr. and the LPA 121/2017 entitled Surjeet Singh Sain v. Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology & Ors. The same were disposed of vide order dated 6th March, 2017 and 21st February, 2018 respectively.

I am of the view, the issues raised in this writ petition is similar and covered by the aforesaid judgments of this court. 6.
Consequently, the Registry of this court is directed to transfer this writ petition to the learned District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. The parties are directed to appear before the said court on 26th October, 2018.

This writ petition and the accompanying applications are accordingly disposed of.
