% 28.05.2018 On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the application seeking grant of anticipatory bail qua FIR No. 174/17, PS Sarita Vihar under Sections 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is sought to be withdrawn in view of the quashing of the stated FIR vide order dated 09.02.2018 in W.P.(CRL)431/18, copy of which order has been submitted on record.

In view of the said submission, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
