The learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and points out that presently the respondent have only on 25.08.2017 requested the petitioner to renew the bank guarantees as the two of the bank guarantees are expiring on 15.09.2017 and other two of them are expiring on 30.09.2017. She also submits that presently there is no invocation of the bank guarantees. In view of the above, the present petition is clearly premature. Subject to the petitioner renewing the bank guarantees, in the eventuality any decision for encashment of the bank guarantees is taken by the respondent, the respondent shall give ten days advance notice to the petitioner before

invocation of the bank guarantees.

The petition stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the court master.
