% 28.08.2015 CM No. 13035/2015 (exemption) The exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 7109/2015 and CM No. 13034/2015 Mr O.P. Gupta, EO to Chief Engineer (Dr), Project-I is present from the DJB. He has handed over a copy of the letter dated 20.08.2015 which indicates that as of now the restrictions stipulated in circular dated 05.03.2015 are not applicable to the petitioner as it only covers "CEO, all Members, all Directors, all Joint Directors, Secy. DJB, all Assistant Commissioners, Deputy Directors, CWAs, ACWAs, entire Engineering cadre from JE to CE (both inclusive) and entire Finance cadre from Divisional Accountant and above". A copy of the said letter has been handed over to us, the same is taken on record. In view of the said letter, a copy of which was also addressed to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
