% 31.07.2024 The matter has been placed on office note stating therein that this matter was disposed of by DB-IV vide order dated 11 July 2024 whereas by order of the same date passed by this Court [DB-V] the matter has been re-notified for 15.10.2024.

The record would reflect that on 11 July 2024 although this matter was shown in cause list of this Court initially, a Deletion Note was issued by the Registry that the same be listed before DB-IV. In view of the above, the order dated 11 July 2024 passed by this Court [DB-V] re-notifying the matter for 15 October 2024 is recalled. The next date of hearing fixed in the matter shall also stand cancelled.
