% 31.10.2017 IA No. 12643/2017 By this application, the applicant prays a direction be given to the Registry of this Court to deposit a Demand Draft No. UOM 637645 dated 24.10.2017 for the award amount of Rs.1,06,41,727/- in the name of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court towards full and final satisfaction of the arbitral award dated 06.09.2016 passed by the sole arbitrator Mr. Justice (Retd.) P.K. Bahri, in the matter of IDEB Projects Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. The judgment debtor seeks this order since has received a letter dated 12.10.2017 of the State Bank of India asking it to remit money to it. The SBI is not a party to these proceedings and neither there is any application filed by SBI in this regard as to why the award amount should not go to the petitioner herein.

In the circumstances, let the demand draft in the name of the Registrar General be deposited and the same be encashed and the

amount be paid to the decree holder as per rules, as and when the application is moved.

The execution application stands disposed of. The date of 21.11.2017 stands cancelled.
