The petitioner has filed the present application seeking recall of the order dated 19.11.2019, whereby the above captioned petition was disposed of.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there are several factors, other than as noticed in the order dated 19.11.2019 which indicate that the police authorities have been acting in a biased manner. 3.

The above captioned petition was disposed of in view of the fact that a cancellation report had been filed and the petitioner had an efficacious remedy to file a protest petition against the said report. This Court had also clarified that all contentions of the petitioner are reserved. 4.

This Court is now informed that the petitioner has already filed a

protest petition and is contesting the report filed by the police authorities. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to recall the said order dated 19.11.2019. The application is dismissed.
