W.P.(C) 11695/2018 For the relief sought in this writ petition, a complaint (Annexure-F colly.) was made to respondent-North Delhi Municipal Corporation on 20th July, 2018.

The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to the said complaint.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-North Delhi Municipal Corporation to give a speaking response to petitioner's W.P.(C) 11695/2018

complaint (Annexure-F colly.) within a period of six weeks from today and the fate of the complaint be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With the aforesaid directions, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
