% 01.02.2017 Crl.M.A. 1785/2017 By the present application the petitioner/ applicant seeks typographical corrections which have crept up in the order dated September 28, 2015 passed by this Court while disposing of the present writ petition. A perusal of the record reveals that the FIR number quashing of which was sought was 731/2015 and Sections invoked were 323/342/498A/506/377/511 IPC.

Thus, the order dated 28th September, 2015 is modified to the extent that in the first and penultimate paragraph of the order, FIR number will be read as FIR No.731/2015 registered under Sections 323/342/498A/506/377/511 IPC. Rest of the order would remain same. Application is disposed of.
