On instructions learned ASC for the State submits that after investigation has been completed charge sheet for offence punishable under Section 498A, 406 and 354 IPC has already been filed against the husband, W.P.(CRL) 3443/2018

mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, the present petitioner herein, and one guruji.

In view of the situation learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate his grievances at appropriate stage.
