This appeal is disposed of as not pressed but counsel for the appellant/defendant is given liberty to approach the trial court by filing an application so as to dispose of the existing stock under the trademark "PREVIOUS" and when such application is filed duly supported as regards the stocks by the record then the trial court will give reasonable time in accordance with law to the appellant to dispose of the existing stocks. However, I am not observing one way or the other as to the amount of the stocks or the time which the trial court will grant, however, after hearing both the parties to the suit, the application which is proposed to be filed by the appellant/defendant for disposal of the existing stock, will be decided by the trial court.

The trial court is requested to make an endeavour to expeditiously dispose of the application which the appellant/defendant will file pursuant to the liberty granted today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
