By an order dated 30.11.2018, this Court had directed the petitioner as well as the Director (Horticulture), Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to file an affidavit of compliance on or before 19.12.2018, failing which the case was to be listed for directions by the Registry. It is seen that the said affidavits of compliance have not been filed. 2.

Issue court notice to the petitioner as well as the Director (Horticulture), Delhi Development Authority (DDA), without process fee. Notice shall go by speed post as well as one of the approved couriers, returnable on 09.12.2019.
