The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors states that the order dated 16.05.2016 ought to be recalled since it is requested that the present petition is to be transferred to the District Court. Be that as it may, a request made for transfer of the matter cannot be a ground for recalling the order which has already been passed. The application is accordingly, dismissed.
