% 25.08.2017 Ms.Richa Kapoor, Additional Standing Counsel submits that the report of the learned Magistrate in the inquest proceedings which was held by him, a recommendation has been made for registration of a regular case. It is further submitted that pursuant to such a recommendation, an FIR shall be registered within a couple of days.

It has also been submitted by the learned ASC that in all its probability, the matter would be investigated by another investigating officer of the crime branch.

In view of such a positive assertion of the learned ASC, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. The same is disposed of.
