O R D E R

% 13.12.2018 The petitioner has been granted furlough provided his furnishing a surety of Rs. 10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount for his release. He expresses his inability to do so. He has been incarcerated for more than eight years. He has earlier been granted furlough four times and parole twice and has never misused the liberty granted. In the circumstances, the petitioner shall be released on furlough on his depositing a cash amount of Rs.10,000/-, in lieu of a surety for the said amount. Alternatively, if the petitioner has a credit of an amount of Rs.10,000/- in his account with the Jail Authorities, there shall be a lien on Rs.10,000/- till such time that he surrenders before the Jail Authorities after expiry of the furlough period.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master. Additionally, a copy be also served to the Jail Superintendent concerned through the police. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
