% 30.07.2018 W.P.(C) 9699/2017 and C.M. No. 30251/2018 ( by the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition) 1.

On 09.5.2018, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 had stated before the Registrar that they had implemented the judgment of the Tribunal, impugned in the present petition and had sought ex-post facto approval for the implementation from the Ministry of Home Affairs on 08.5.2018, which was awaited till then.

Now, this application has been filed by the petitioners stating inter alia that the matter has been resolved from the administrative side and the Competent Authority has granted ex-post facto approval to the Delhi Police W.P.(C) 9699/2017

for regularisation of the period from 01.10.2013 to 31.12.2013. A copy of letter dated 25.5.2018, addressed by the Under Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India to the Chief Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police has been enclosed with the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

File be consigned to the record room.
