% 08.10.2018 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that although a detailed order has been passed by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner has moved this petition, in which nothing new has been stated and it is a misuse of the process of the Court.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and voluntarily make a contribution of Rs.2,000/- to the Delhi High Court Lawyers Welfare Trust. Let it be so contributed in two weeks and proof thereof be filed, otherwise the case shall be listed for directions on 13.11.2018.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
