O R D E R

% 19.03.2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and with their consent, we are of the view that the only course of action that commends itself in the present appeal is to direct learned Family Court to dispose off, H.M.A Case No.367/2011, titled as "Smt. Sumeeta Tuli vs. WG. CDR. (Retd.) Rakesh Lal Kapur" under Section13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce pending adjudication before that court and next listed for hearing on 31.03.2018,within six months from the next date of hearing without granting any unwarranted adjournments to the parties.

The above direction is being issued in view of the circumstance

that the trial is underway before the learned Family Court. With the above directions, which have been rendered with the consent of the parties, the appeal is disposed off. Pending applications also stand disposed off.
