The instant petition is directed against order dated 16th July, 2018 passed in proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731.

Parties state that they have now resolved their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Settlement2 dated 15th July, 2025 whereby all their disputes and differences have been settled. Counsel for both the parties confirm that the terms of the MoU have been implemented and all the payments due thereunder have been received by the Petitioner, Saswati Mukherjee. 3.

It is also noted that on 13th August, 2025 in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 246/2018, the Division Bench of this Court, took note of the settlement between the parties.

In light of the above development, counsel for the Petitioner, states that the relief sought in the present petition, is now rendered infructuous and he would like to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications. 6.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement dated 15th July, 2025.
