% 05.02.2016 It is submitted that the Government of NCT has appointed Nodal Officers for 9 departments. The list of the same shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner. If there is any surviving grievance with respect to the absence of timely payment of wages through the ECS remittance, the same shall be taken up with the Nodal

Officer who shall look into the matter and take necessary action against the defaulting party, if any, in accordance with law. The other grievance made out today is that the IRCTC has been awarded the contract in the Rohini Courts Complex and that the wages of the contract workers employed with an agency have not been paid and that ECS of payment has not been made.

It is also submitted that the RTI enquiry is also pending. The District Judge shall ensure that the receipt of the payment on enquiry is furnished within the time prescribed. Furthermore, on the question of wages, it is open to the petitioners to address a necessary application/complaint to the Nodal Officer who shall take appropriate action in that regard.
