% 23.01.2017 W.P.(C) 7384/2015 & CM Nos.13604/2015(stay), 38790/2016(additional facts) Mr. Daljeet Singh, Inspector (Traffic) is present in Court, he submits that the Traffic Officers are ensuring free flow of the traffic in the area.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petition can be disposed of by making the interim directions passed on 14.07.2016 WP(C) 7384/2015

absolute.

Accordingly, it is directed as under:

(i) Respondent No.5 - Aggarwal Sabha is directed to ensure that there is no noise pollution and hindrance to free flow of traffic on account of functions held by it.

(ii) Any function that is held by respondent No. 5, shall be held in accordance with law and after obtaining such permissions, as may be required in law.

(iii) The ACP, Traffic, Outer District, shall through his concerned officers, ensure compliance of provisions of Environmental Protection Act, 1986 and also maintain decibel levels.

(iv) The ACP shall also ensure that there is free flow of traffic in the area.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
