O R D E R

% 09.02.2016 Mr Chaudhary, learned counsel for the OL, says that since the respondent has deposited not only the sum of Rs. 75,000/-, which it was directed to pay to the OL vide order dated 22.04.2014, but also a further sum of Rs. 25,000/- as directed by this court on 06.08.2015, nothing survives in the captioned petition.

To be noted, the order dated 06.08.2015 was passed in CA 2154/2015 filed in CP No. 291/2012. The said order records the factum of payment of Rs. 75,000/-. I am informed by Mr Chaudhary that the factum of payment of Rs. 25,000/- is recorded in the order dated 02.09.2015, passed in the same application.

Accordingly, the captioned petition is disposed of in view of the submissions made by Mr.Chaudhary, as noted above. Since, the order dated 02.09.2015, was passed in CA 2154/2015 filed in CP 291/2012, which, inter alia, records that the appointment of provisional liquidator was recalled on 22.04.2014, the Registrar of CCP(CO.) 17/2015
