The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 13/2018 under Sections 420/406/120-B of the IPC, registered with PS Mandir Marg and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She is present in Court and is identified by the investigating officer. She alleged that she had been induced into accepting membership of the petitioner no.1 society on the representation that she would be provided a well-furnished

flat. She further stated that she had paid a sum of ₹11,36,000/-. She alleged that she had neither received the flat nor refund of the said money. 3.

She states that she has resolved all her disputes with the petitioners as well as respondent nos. 3 and 4. She states that she has no further grievance against them. She states that she has received a sum of ₹11,25,000/-. She further states that with the receipt of a further sum of ₹11,000/-, she would have no further grievance or claims against the petitioners or against any other person in respect of her taking a membership of the petitioner no.1 society. She joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

Petitioner nos. 3 and 4 and respondent no. 4 are present in Court. Petitioner no.3 states that he represents petitioner nos.1 and 2. Respondent no.4 states that he represents respondent no.3, as well. The petitioners, who are present in the Court are identified by their counsel. The said parties (petitioner nos.1 to 4 and respondent nos.3 and 4) confirm that they have no grievances against respondent no.2 and pray that the FIR in question be quashed. The petitioners have also handed over a sum of ₹11,000/- to respondent no.2 and she acknowledges the receipt of the same. 5.

In view of the statements made by/or on behalf of the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2 to 4), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 13/2018 under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC, registered with PS Mandir Marg and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
