% 07.11.2017 Mr. B. Mahapatra, learned Advocate has fairly stated that pursuant to the direction of this Court, protection was afforded to the petitioners. In fact, some of the police officers of the concerned police station had visited the house of the petitioner on 04.11.2017.

Mr. Jamal Akhtar, learned counsel for the State has assured this Court that as and when it will be necessary, protection will be afforded to the petitioners.

In view of such stand of the State, no further order is required to be passed.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
