% 18.08.2015 The present Revision Petition is directed against the order of framing of charge under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Section 19(3) (c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 clearly bars any revision petition against the order of framing of charge, which is an interlocutory order.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to file a fresh petition in accordance with law. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J AUGUST 18, 2015 n
