This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 1st August, 2017 in CS No.11384/16 of the Court of Additional District Judge-01 (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi to the extent it imposes costs of Rs.20,000/- on the petitioner / plaintiff for not leading evidence. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner / plaintiff withdraws the petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Additional District Judge for review / recall of the order.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
