% 23.10.2018 The challenge in this petition is to impugned Lists (Annexure P1 to Annexure P3) and Notice of Striking off and Dissolution of 8th August, 2018 (Annexure P4). According to petitioners' counsel his Reply to the Notice dated 14th May, 2018 (Annexure P-18 colly.) is said to have been made on 19th July, 2018 and 13th July, 2018.

The grievance of petitioners is that in the light of petitioners' Reply (Annexure-P20), impugned Lists (Annuexures-P1 to P3) and impugned Notice (Annexure-P4) have not been reconsidered. It is pointed out by petitioners' counsel that the Reply to the impugned Lists (Annexures-P1 to P-3) was made on 11th October, 2017.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition and applications are disposed of with direction to second respondent to reconsider impugned Lists and the Notice (Annexure P-4) in light of replies

sent by petitioners, within a period of four weeks of receipt of this order and its fate be conveyed to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
