O R D E R
% 30.07.2019 A status report has been prepared by respondent East Delhi Municipal Corporation. The same is taken on record. Para 1 and 2 of the status report reads as under:
"
1. That, the deponent is well conversant of the facts of this case and is competent to swear the present affidavit in this official capacity, on the basis of the reports and available records and competent to file the present status report on behalf of East Delhi Municipal Corporation.
2. That the area Inspector of General Branch, Shadara North Zone was Inspected / Visited in the Gali No. 4, Shaheed Bhagat Singh
Colony, Karawal Nagar, Delhi - 110094 at the time of inspection all properties were lying vacant."
Some photographs have also been annexed along with the status report. A copy of the same has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner who is present in person disputes the position as being reflected in the photographs as according to him, the factory is still running from the same place. If that be so, appropriate shall be for the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee constituted by the Supreme Court.
The writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee.
