% 29.01.2016 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1. Issue a writ of certiorari/mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside the impugned judgment passed by the Hon'ble Appellate Tribunal (PMLA) on 15.5.2015;

2. And/or issue a direction to the Directorate/Respondent No.1 to attach only the amount remitted by the Respondent No.2 till date to the petitioner amounting to a sum of Rs.52,19,206.91; and

3. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and expedient in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Since the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal (PMLA) is appealable under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering

Act, 2012, the present writ petition and the application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal. To facilitate the filing of the appeal, it is clarified that in the event, the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
